CLASS TYPES

SCULPT | Sculpt classes are full body workouts that include 0-2 rounds of low impact cardio.

SWEAT & BURN | These classes are full body workouts that include 2-4 rounds of low impact, high intensity cardio and use the benefits of HIIT training to allow for the after-burn.

HOT | classes taught in an infrared heated room with the temp ranging between 30C-32C

Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates but not as you know it. 45 minutes of total body strengthening, toning and sculpting. An upbeat class combining pilates flow with more dynamic movements guaranted to leave you feeling the burn. No two classes the same.

A.B.T.

Our trademark Ass + Ab toning class is entirely dedicated to the booty. The holy grail of glute activation. you’ll work it standing up, you’ll burn it lying down and you’ll blast it in a four point kneel. Sounds fun right?!

SWEAT

Girl, we’re gonna make you sweat. Sweat like you can’t sweat no more. This functional- based, high energy class is guaranteed to improve your mood and leave you feeling strong and empowered. You’ll move to a combination of all of your favourite functional elements. This class could be anything from a pyramid workout to a circuit, AMRAP, Tabata or anything in between! We heat up the room to help sweat out all those toxins, speed up your metabolism, boost your circulation, and improve your flexibility, so you can go deeper and reap the rewards.

Sculpt

Combining the best of Barre and Mat Pilates. This truly unique class is low impact and designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body, with extra attention to those deep core muscles. This class can be taught with a tool or two, or entirely equipment free. But it’s guaranteed to leave you feeling the burn!

Fusion

Fusing Pilates reformer, mat work and strength training. This unique class is taught using a combination of all of your favourite Pilates and functional movements. Focused on total body toning that ticks off all the Pilates must haves. low impact, lengthening, strengthening with that deep core muscle activation you need. If you thought Pilates was too easy or too boring , we’re here to change your mind!

REFORMER | SCULPT

REFORMER | BURN

Time to Get the blood pumping! This reformer session is designed to make your whole body work. It’s a higher intensity class so expect strength flow or Jump boards with burst of cardio and anything in between to challenge your strength and endurance. With the tunes pumping we guarantee you’ll be leaving this session sweaty and happy.

SCULPT | PILATES HOT AND NOT

A higher intensity Strength based Pilates class. This truly unique class is low impact and designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body, paying extra attention to those deep core muscles. This class can be taught using a tool or two, think Pilates ball or resistance band and lighter weights with higher reps. If you thought Pilates was too easy or too boring, we’re here to change your mind!

SCULPT | FULL BODY HOT AND NOT

Sculpt and tone your full body with our signature low impact, high energy workout. Using a mix of weights, dynamic functional training and Pilates inspired movements to build strength. You’ll be sure to feel this in the days to come.
